Challenge
Over several years, different areas of the Bausch & Lomb website had been updated in a piecemeal fashion. The website no longer had a unified look and feel, and it did not reflect the company’s overall brand strategy, positioning and key attributes as a bold and innovative technology leader. Another concern was that end users had trouble finding the information they were looking for as they navigated through the site.
Solution
IDEA II redesigned and re-branded the site, giving it a unified look and feel that strongly reflects the Bausch & Lomb attributes. Site architecture, customer interaction and site performance were all improved. IDEA II also created technology that allows content managers to easily update the site while automatically maintaining graphic and code standards.
