Tacos and Twitter on Wheels

Remember hearing the joyful jingle from an ice cream truck and chasing it down the street with a dollar in hand? Fast forward a couple decades and I am too old to be chasing after ice cream trucks. However, it is another story when I am craving something savory. Taco trucks have become a staple street food in many cities and are conveniently parked in the same location on a regular basis.
