Martin Ridgway – Principal Site Builder
When Martin Ridgway talks, people listen. And it’s not just the erudition delivered in a genteel British accent that keeps their attention. Martin is the Real Deal. He’s the guy you want on your team.
After logging 8 years in the IT biz in his native UK, which included stellar work for his first freelance client, Diebold, Inc., Martin crossed the ocean in 2004, and joined Idea Integration shortly thereafter. Today, as Principal Site Builder, he’s the lead developer on many new business projects, bringing formidable expertise and contagious enthusiasm to each.
A citizen of the cutting edge, Martin taught himself CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) when it was still a fledgling technology, and is also an expert in semantic XHTML and accessibility. Needless to say, he is without question one of the brightest stars of Idea’s Site Development team.
His other achievements include earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Huddersfield (UK) in 1996, and a talent for playing the piano in living color.
