Production Designer
As an integral part of the interactive agency, the Production Designer provides web and graphic design support to the Creative team.
Essential Functions:
- Provide support to the creative team in the production of web and print materials
- Tasks include: producing online media in the form of static, animated and flash banners, website build out in both Flash and HTML and various print collateral
- Responsibilities include supporting graphic aspects of all web projects through compelling business focused design. This includes production of banners, micro sites, HTML email, as well as complete site production
Qualifications:
- Proficient in CS3, Fireworks & Dreamweaver
- Proficient in HTML, CSS and basic
- Understanding of coding and design as it relates to the Web in terms of the required technical specifications and limitations
- Basic understanding of functionality of JavaScript, PHP
- Ability to work with aggressive deadlines
- Strong sense for good design, proper use of typography
- Take creative direction and work in a team environment
- Manage your own schedule and meet all deadlines
- Strong knowledge of print & setting up files for printer
- Action Script knowledge/exp is a PLUS
- Experience creating timeline-based animation in Flash is a PLUS
- Have demonstrated design sense, possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- You have a basic knowledge of web applications and multi-channel advertising
